plascojet PFE-R
The plascojet PFE-R has an active plasma field of approx. 50mm in width and is therefore ideal for treating larger parts. The plasma is potential-free and "cold" and can therefore also be used on electrically conductive or thermally sensitive surfaces.
plascojet PFE-S
The activation zone of the PFE-S is approx. 20mm and can be adjusted from "hot to cold" plasma. This makes the system ideal for fine cleaning, degreasing or deburring. The PFE-S is also ideal for static installation in packaging machines, as the plasma intensity allows high process speeds. This is necessary for cardboard packaging, for example, to enable the adhesive to adhere to coated glue flaps.
Plasma source
The plasma generation of the plascojet systems is generated by the GUC 010-e compact generator. The generator can supply up to 2 plascojets with energy. The generator has all the necessary industrial interfaces and can be ideally integrated into automation processes - optionally via OPC-UA.
